Target

2 stars because this target’s pick up has become so SLOW! I’m talking like waiting between 20-45 min. It’s ridiculous. I choose target pick up because I work all day then pick my son up from daycare - it used to just make life easier to do Target pick up but you are better off going into the store and shopping. It will be quicker. I don’t like leaving bad reviews and be THAT person especially since this is the number 1 target and store I shop at but they need to get it together. It seems like there is a big disconnect with their processes. I’ve always gotten exceptional customer service at this store so that isn’t apart of this review but the pick up processes need to be worked on. There has been two times now I left the pick up and tried coming back later. There has also been times where I just parked and decided to manually pick up my order. My review is based on the fact that this incredibly slow service has happened not once, not twice but like 10 times. Tonight it’s been updated from 2 stars to 1. Please have your drive up process be efficient again.

Very nice Target - currently undergoing construction to become even cooler. BTW - happens to be there at close the other night and people were still arriving at 10:02. Don't do that. (Please.) I worked in retail for 4 years in high school and we closed at 8:00. That is - to say - we did if all of the customers were out of the store. Jus' sayin'.

I treasure the Target drive up service. Since I babysit my baby granddaughter and her fur baby brother, it's very difficult to go in the store. Last week my family tested positive for Covid. Once I felt better, I masked up to pick up needed supplies. The Target employee placed items in the back area of my vehicle so distance was maintained. Love the Target service!

Nice Target in a nice area (I mean it's Eagan.. enough said). They have pretty much everything stocked at all times and they don't have half their merchandise in those annoying locked plastic displays like they do at other locations (such as in MPLS) where you have to find an employee just to grab your razor head refills or your crest white strips. The store is clean and they have an Ulta in there now which is ALWAYS a plus!

Ok what can I say about my experience at this target it is very racist, very disrespectful and a very bad experience. Not once but twice showed up to pick my orders at drive up by 2 white employees that came out with my orders. Clear as all day it says on my app what door to walk up to to put my order in and where to put the order. In the process they both ended up slamming my door with no apologies and both had attitudes before walking up and saw my husband which is an black American and made it clear to them both to not slam the door but the employees deliberately slammed the doors and walked away. We called the store to talk to a manger and the manager did not do anything or say nothing to resolve the issue to the employees at all about the situation. Also the manager told us they we were not the only ones to experience the same similarities and obviously they are not doing anything about it. They have lost me as a customer I would advise all black Americans and Spanish race not go to this location or you will experience the same issues as we did. I wish I can give them zero stars at this target location.
